The office of Denham Capital, a private equity firm, was created in One George (designed by WOHA), one of the most well resolved office buildings in Singapore. A three thousand square foot shell was transformed into a functional and focused office, while maintaining the openness of the original space. A select combination of materials -warm and welcoming, cool and spacious – compliment the building to ensure a calm and open environment. Close analysis of working habits highlighted the need for collaboration and sustained periods of concentration. The peaceful, yet deliberate design facilitates these practicalities, and the need for future flexibility and personnel expansion, without compromising unity.
The Denham Capital office allows maximum application by eliminating all factors that hinder flow and form.
